~Sweet summer Solstice~

Good Evening or perhaps I will say Good Morning, since it is Monday morning in the weeeee hours. I just had to write this blog tonight since I am so excited. Well as you know this weekend marks the 1st weekend of Summer 2013. I captured our Solstice Sunset and here I have posted a few different shots of that. I also for the first time ever, shot the moon. I captured what I feel is a great 1st attempt at shooting the moon. Please enjoy my SUMMER SOLSTICE photos:

 This moon shot makes me very happy, I shot this with a Nikon D3100, 300mm at infinity manual lens, camera was set to either Manual or Aperture with and ISO of 200 and Shutter speed 1/250 aperture was set to F11 and I did not use a Tripod even though I know I should have so I know this was a lucky shot.

I'd say its about time~

Happy Summer~ Yesterday Was June 21 which means first full day of summer. Tomorrow there will be a gigantic moon and I hope to get a great picture of it.
I named this blog post 'I'd say its about time' because I have not created a blog post since March. That means I have been crazy busy and have a lot to blog here today.
Since the last post there have been a lot of things going on in my life and one of them I cannot wait to share with you (the photos any way) is my trip to Europe.
I went to the Netherlands & Oldenburg Germany with work. We went to tour agencies that work with people with developmental disabilities. Although THAT was very interesting in itself I found beauty in the countries of course and could not stop taking pictures... So please enjoy these few...

Ohhhhh ....kkk..... So After returning from Europe I put together a power point presentation using all these pics plus some of the other 900 pics I took while there for the CEO of our company.

I have definitely been inspired lately to get into photography  more and put my creative passion to good use.

I put together a Flower album... Here are just a few : I could not post them all but I will put them all up on Pictage if you would like to get a print. I will instruct you how to do so later. They make great note cards and stationary or even a calendar.

I got in a couple of great photo shoots and here are a few samples of those and I am booking now if you are interested in some great family, child, friend or any other occasion shoot.

Then there was pride... in Providence RI on June 15... please stand by for some great shots..
